It's been a long time since I've heard something that makes me silent for more. I'm the kind of girl that likes a little of all types music and Scream for me is just soo powerful at times. I don't love all the songs, but the ones I do..omg..it's like hearing the silence between very loud, consecutive heartbeats. It's as if the world had no sun or light to speak of but you've got this warmness that shatters all fear. I don't care who hates it, I freaking love this thing.

As someone who listens to everything, ranging from K-Pop to Death Metal (yes...I just said that combination...) I think this collaboration is interesting. It's a great album if you can be open minded and not go into it expecting the deep, insightful, yet heavy, and grungy Chris Cornell of Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, or Audioslave. It's more fun. Timbaland always kills it with his beats (super nice on the ears) and Chris Cornell's singing is fantastic as always. No deep seeded hidden political or social messages for most of the album, but it's good beaty car blasting music. I have been a fan of each individual for quite a period of time (Chris Cornell since Soundgarden, and Timbaland since Timbaland and Magoo.)

I respect Cornell and Timbaland's artistic get together to try and meld two completely unlikely genres of music. Where as I do like the album, I didn't give it 5 stars because it's not one of my all time favorite albums, and yes - I know I'm two years behind from the release of this, but I though I'd give my two cents anyways. I remember when the single Scream came out in '09 and I was like - what is this garbage!? - but things change and now I love the song. Very catchy and addictive tracks.
